During the ASUS press conference at Computex 2013 earlier this evening, the company unveiled a slew of new devices, including the Transformer Pad Infinity. The tablet has a 10.1 inch display, at a ridiculous 2560x1600 resolution. It's powered by a Tegra 4 processor with 2GB of RAM, 5.0MP rear / 1.2MP front facing cameras, USB 3.0 input, an SD card slot and 32GB of internal storage.
One of the most unique features of this tablet is that it provides 4K video output over HDMI. 4K televisions are nowhere near mainstream popularity due to the price of the equipment and overall lack of available content. However, with the recent and sudden price drop of 4K televisions, the demand will rise and it's pretty cool to see ASUS adopt the technology early, and on a bad-ass, beautiful looking Android device no less.
