That's what I thought when I saw this. I guess Apple wasn't satisfied with just ripping off small features from Android, now they gotta rip off the whole look.

This was the biggest announcement for a themed ROM ever.

I knew they looked familiar. And here I thought they were ripping off another OS altogether. Silly me.

I flashed that MIUI ROM on my Incredible 2 years ago.  Laggy as all hell.

So that'll be the ONE difference between that and iOS7. And that's only cause iOS is so simplistic and basic that there's really no point in an iPhone having the hardware that it does.

Actually, the icon pack could be MIUI V5 which could be applied to Go/Nova/Holo/ADW launchers!! :P

I'm surprised they used Phase Beam as their wallpaper of choice though, it's getting a bit old at this point...

You can tell this is truly innovative as they are using a different theme for the quick settings menu (Glasklart), which means you can have different themes running at once....truly amazing!! :P

I've seen botched face transplants that look better than this launcher and theme combo.

lol Gotta love Apple, they think people are dumb enough to believe them when they act like they're innovative in the slightest.

They are providing a better experience for iOS users by "borrowing" from Android and others. That's a good thing for IOS users. But it solidifies in my mind they are simply followers in the mobile market without Steve Jobs. Maybe they would have been followers with jobs but I think he would have continued 2 push the envelope more then Cook. Google Samsung HTC and Microsoft continue to take chances. Apple stopped taking chances a couple years ago.

Steve Jobs was the main reason why Apple stole everything new about their products from others. It's not gonna change now, that's all they know. I think they lost their inovation when Wozniak left the company.

I agree. He was the master thief. And he was a complete asshole. I read the biography. But he and his team were really good at creating products that people love and adore (blindly in a lot of cases) from all those stolen ideas. And then they marketed the hell out of their brand to create the Apple cult and the reality distortion field he and many Apple fans live(d) in.

But no amount of marketing will help them anymore as everyone else has quickly passed them with better mobile products and services at more affordable prices. I don't love or hate any brand. I love good tech, and Apple provides nothing in that area anymore that is remotely interesting to me. I've had an iPod since the first one and I've used iTunes since day one because those products were fantastic for me as a music fan. I still use them, but streaming music services and improved music libraries on other platforms mean I use the Apple products much less now. Never owned an iPhone or iPad. I use Windows on my laptops and Android for my phone and tablets.

I understand hating Apple and/or Jobs, but it's just as easy to find reasons to hate on any of them if you really want to, like all the Samsung/HTC fans bashing each other that has become so vogue lately, and I find all of that exhausting and a waste of my time. I'm more interested in seeing any of them push the envelope with technology. I don't care who it comes from. As I've said before elsewhere, I love the technology game and root for anybody that improves it to the benefit of everone. I don't root for any particular teams because they usually rise and fall as the years go by.

Agreed.  Love my iPods, have a love/hate relationship with iTunes, and....I adore my Macbook Pro.  There's some good stuff there, but the amount of blind devotion--regardless of whether it's worthy--is an incredibly fascinating and alarming curiosity.
