Took me awhile to read it, but nice article. I didn't realize the iPad was so far behind the times.

Yea the Nexus 10 is a tempting device.  I have an iPad 3 now which was a "hand-me-down" when the person I was getting it from just had to have an iPad 4.  Not a huge fan of the device but I mainly use it for movies and such.  At the price I am really considering the Nexus 10 for a tablet I can use every day and considering almost everything I use is Google based it makes the most sense.

admittedly, the iOS software has been optimized to run nicely with the hardware. It's both good and bad (bad because the environment is restricted).

I still like to carry a tablet with me.  The N7 (2012) fits perfectly in my pocket.  Not sure I'd ever want a 10" tablet, Android or not.

if i ever get a Nexus 10, it would probably be just a stay-at-home tablet.

A family member has the ipad2 and I think they are just too big. It's heavy and large and that's why my fiance ended up getting the ipad mini. Then having no tablet experience, I liked the size of hers and rolled the dice on this smaller 2013 Nexus 7.

I must say I love mine and like hers. They both perform well but then Nexus is that much better. I'm sure the same can be said between the 2 compared.

well, my note 2 is already quite large, so the nexus 7 doesn't seem to make much difference for me...

i still can't find a use case for a tablet anyway. we don't have services like Hulu/Google Movies/Netflix here...

I like the feel of the N10 more than the iPad4. The iPad feels kinda slippery.

Love my N7 but if I get a larger tablet I might want to get one with LTE and I hope it will be a  MOTOx thing. Surely they are going to make one right?  That way I keep my stock N7 updates and I take my chance with updates coming from MOTO.

Maybe the next Nexus 10 will have LTE capabilities.

I just read the article.  Very well written and it does point out the differences well.  I love that he had a separate note for the Apple fans.  LOL  What I'm calling the "I don't care" crowd!

I choose Android...it's only logical.  VulcanSalute_zps9ab5f775.gif
