Nice, did you manually update or did you receive the OTA? Im about to go and check my N10 now to see if I got anything.

Also, if anyone is interested here are the Factory Images for all Nexus devices for those looking to manually update.. or need to get back to stock for whatever reason. I may be putting up a guide for this sometime soon for anyone looking to manually update/return to stock.

Oh I did manually. Downloaded from the ota link on xda and used ADB to push it.

location is much better. Nearly perfect location in a sub basement at work where I get a weak wifi signal from some other business close by and gps is off.

I'm waiting for the OTA.  :)  I'm quite interested in testing out the new Bluetooth software.  I have been having trouble keeping my N4 connected to my car's integrated hands free, so I'm hoping that will be fixed by this update.

Had the same issues with my GN.  Oddly, none with Sense/One.

I have no idea what the problem is.  No issue connecting to my portable Bluetooth earpiece, at least.  I rather use the integrated system, though.

What car system?  I was using Ford's SYNC.

Settings.. Manage apps.. All.. Scroll to Google Service Frameworks and delete data.. Go back to check for system updates and see if anything shows up. Sometimes you have to repeat 2-3 times with a reboot.. Doesn't always work but it will help push the update if it's there waiting.

Also be careful. Do it enough times and you'll have to wait for the Play Store to recognize your device again.

Apparently there has been issues with the play store as of late because of the 4.3 update.  If you get any issues when trying to download or update apps from the play store you need to do a couple steps that I found worked on my device.

Do them in this order to avoid loosing data you didn't need too...

  1. In application manager - clear Play Store data/cache, reboot and try
  2. In application manager - clear Google Play Services data/cache, reboot and try
  3. Delete your Google Account associated with the play store and re-enter it.

You do steps 1 and 2 at the same time to kill 2 birds with one stone.  I had this happen on my N7 when the 4.3 update came through and the only thing that worked was step 3.

Rrrr, going through this problem now. So far I did #1 without any luck. On to #2.

Wow what a pain in the ass.. Ok after step 1 by itself didn't work, here's what did work for me. I had 4-5 apps waiting for updates, Hangouts, Maps, Tapatalk, Super SU and some other one I forget.

I ended up doing steps above in this order.. #3 > #2 > and then #1 and finally rebooting. The first time around, Tapatalk updated but the others failed/error. So I went back and repated the steps again.. This time, Maps and SU updated but Hangouts failed.. I then tried one more time without the steps and Hangouts finally updated.

Settings > Accounts > primary Gmail account > Select and hit Menu to bring up the option to remove.
Go into Apps > All > clear data for Google Play and Google Framework Service... Reboot device. Open up Play Store and add back the Google account you deleted, now try updating the apps giving errors.

This is what worked for me, you may have better (or worse) luck, but the above combinations should work.
