For the spec whores out there

The G2 will be one of two devices to utilize the S800 processor, the fastest Qualcomm offers at the time of this writing.

Graphics performance on the S800's Adreno 330 GPU is 50% faster compared to its predecessor, the Adreno 320.

The S800 will also feature faster L2 cache and 400MHz higher top clock speed compared to the Snapdragon 600.

Finally, the S800 also supports OpenGL 3.0, a feature missing from Nvidia's Tegra 4.

Following are additional specs pulled from Qualcomm.

The question is, do you really want to carry a 5.2" phone around?

Quality stuff Cory.  I am really digging this device but the one thing that I am totally unsure of is the volume rocker on the back of the phone.  Don't know how well that would work even though it seems like it could eventually become a natural position for it.  My concern is that if this is the only phone that will ever use it, could it be something that people will get use too and then have issues readjusting?  Probably not but worth a thought.

Also, if it comes in white mmmmmm.

I actually love the idea of never accidentally hitting theses buttons whilst trying to watch a a video. I can't tell you how many times I've hit the power button and interrupted something I'm watching.

Nope, too small. ;)  Otherwise this phone looks sweet.  Glad to see VZW getting this one.

I tried "pretending" that the volume rocker was on the back of the phone.  Insanely awkward.
