So an internet company I love has a bunch of different Youtube channels for it's various series' but what I noticed is that one was made just recently and a bunch of videos from a different channel were moved over and retained their views, likes, etc.

How can this be done? I was thinking of maybe starting to record some vids of my own for this site's channel. Maybe get some new members.

Let me use myself as an example, so I can make sure I understand your question.

My personal YouTube account is cstreater

The Android Channel’s account is tacforums

I have some videos I created under my own name, and would like to transfer them to tacforums, while (Like you said) retaining view counts and likes.

Is that correct? I fiddled around with that along time ago and couldn't figure it out.

Can you send me the site so I can see an example of what they did?

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I've done some searching and it seems like it isn't possible so I might have been mistaken.

But I guess I just revealed my plans to start making videos for the site. :P

The only way that from my research makes this possible is that the videos weren't moved, but the channels were merged.

Nice! I can give you access to our FTP server and then we can upload it to YouTube on your behalf.

Chris adds the lower thirds overlay, and can also do any edits you want him to do.

Hit us up via messenger if you're interested in that idea.

So I would make the vids, and then I would send it to you to add the overlay and upload it with something like "In this video Griever2011 shows us etc etc etc"? If so, sounds like fun.
